Let me tell you my story of how I encountered joint disease. Now I am 65 years old. Like everyone else, with age I too started having many problems. Knee pain started one and a half year ago. However, as soon as there was even the slightest stress on the joints, the pain increased again. And even after 3 weeks of treatment, nothing really changed. Along with all these symptoms, one was also added that by evening the joints would become swollen.
-I went to the doctor again. The surprising thing is that the doctor was not surprised to hear that the treatment he prescribed had no results. He said that it happens. This means that that treatment is not suitable for me, and something else should be tried. This time he advised me to treat with a combination of chondroitin and glucosamine. Later I came to know that this combination is considered to be the most progressive modern treatment at present (yes, only in our country!).
-The doctor prescribed me Sustilak, Doloron, Artru, as well as injections of Ostenil into the joints. He explained that chondroitin and glucosamine restore cartilage slowly (but surely), so they need to be taken for 2-3 months. Considering the cost of all the medicines prescribed, the entire treatment was quite expensive. But what to do? Trusting the doctor again, I started treatment.
-But again no results! Reached the doctor again. Then the same thing happened. If this doesn't help, let's find something else. This time the doctor also said that arthrosis is a chronic disease, which is not possible to be cured completely. As long as the condition of the joints does not get worse, work can be done on it. This surprised me a lot.
-How is there no cure? In the 21st century, when technology has developed so much that humans are soon going to go to Mars, have we not been able to find any general medicine for the treatment of joints yet? I remember that my father also used to treat joints with similar ointments. Would you not have been able to think of anything new in 30-40 years?

I was shocked by what I discovered. And they will buy them, after all no one wants to be sick. That's why doctors don't cure people.
But mostly common doctors are not guilty of this. They are just gears in this whole mechanism. They prescribe the medicines to the patients as per their instructions. The thing is that there is a list of prescribed medicines for the treatment of every disease. Doctors can prescribe medicines only from these lists. They cannot self-prescribe other medications, otherwise they would be barred from practicing medicine. Who makes these lists? Rather, it would be better to ask under whose influence and in whose interest any drugs are included in these lists? Imagine how much the sales of any medicine will increase after it comes in this list.
Of course, these lists are prepared under the influence and to suit the interests of big pharmaceutical companies who actively profit from Indian citizens. The worst part is that these companies are foreign, usually American. And they don't care about people. That is why joint problems are not treated with modern, and very effective, medicines. Like many other diseases also.
You are right that treatment in Europe is simple and fast, this is because of the availability of proper medicines. But the health system there is based on insurance, and bribery is nipped in the bud.
